  1. Pull funnel metrics by segment: beginner, builder, team.
  2. Compare resource_opened -> decision_completed -> recommendation_clicked conversion.
  3. Check guardrails: bounce rate, first-result completion, return_visit_7d.
  4. Identify lowest-friction/high-retention resources and expand those first.
  5. Archive what underperforms for two consecutive review cycles.
